Optelecom-NKF announced this week that strong sales of their IP camera products contributed to record level second quarter revenues for the manufacturer.

According to a statement issued by the company, IP sales for the first half of 2008 increased 59 percent over last year.

Company executives credited the rise in IP sales with the growing demand for their Siqura product suite.

In a press release, Optelecom-NKF Chief Financial Officer Steve Tamburo said that the Siqura IP product line "now represents more than a third of our total revenue."
