IndigoVision, a UK-based provider of IP video solutions was recognized this week by Frost & Sullivan, an awards and research company, with its "2008 European Network Video Surveillance Award for Customer Value Enhancement." According to Frost & Sullivan, the award goes to the company that demonstrates "innovative value creation and enhancement strategies". Frost & Sullivan recognized IndigoVision with the award for its full range of network surveillance products designed to meet end-user needs. The award is differentiated from a Customer Service Award by the fact that the recognized company focuses proactively on system design for customer value, rather than just good service after the fact that leads to traditional customer satisfaction. IndigoVision's CEO Oliver Vellacott said the award "recognizes the technological lead that IndigoVision has developed in the increasingly important IP security marketplace and the importance it places on the relationship with our partners."
