Digitus launches surveillance for indoors and outdoors
Company now offering two camera models for network video surveillance

DIGITUS has been offering its customers the next generation of IP since this year’s summer. The MPEG4 or MJPEG image data are transmitted in real time with a resolution of 738 x 480 pixels (420 TV lines), equipped with movement detection and alarm messaging. Cell telephone surveillance via a J2ME enabled cell telephone is also supported by DIGITUS surveillance cameras. The camera is connected by using the hybrid digital / analog video output. DIGITUS offers IP two models of cameras, tuned to the different requirements for security technology. A simple model (DN-16050) for image surveillance during the day, or a further model with an additional built in microphone, external microphone output and an external audio output together with a day and night mode (DN-16051). The Central Management System (CSM) also delivered free of charge can control up to 16 cameras at the same time, in addition to automatically created websites for setting parameters, display, recording and playback in Internet Explorer.
